Working with the Scottish Waste Awareness Group (SWAG) offers a range of opportunities to support the delivery of the Waste Aware Scotland public education and awareness campaign.

Reducing, Reusing and Recycling has never been more important. We’re expanding our existing campaigning team to deliver new campaigns that will help people prevent waste and recycle more. We offer competitive salaries, a contributory pension scheme and plenty of career progression opportunities.

Senior Officer - Recycling Advisor Strategy and Training
£24,400 - £29,000             35 hours per week          Job ref: S10808

You will help Scottish local authorities to increase the use of kerbside recycling services through introducing effective interventions by their recycling advisors. You will play a key role in providing training for recycling advisors and helping local authorities and community sector organisations to plan their recycling advisor interventions.
You should have experience of the waste management industry as well as proven training and project management experience.
